Zappala Block strives to make every customer’s encounter a pleasurable one. It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot allow certain items to be returned.

All Cement Products, Concrete Products, Landscape Retaining Walls, Pavers and Accessories cannot be returned.

Cement products can become damp and wet if not stored properly. Concrete products can chip easily during loading and handling. We ask that all quantities be verified prior to purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns must be within 90 days from purchase. 

Refund will be issued in the same form of currency used for the purchase. Purchases paid with personal check will be refunded by mail after fourteen (14) days from receipt of returned material.

Any cash refund amount over $100.00 will be issued by Zappala Check and mailed to customer within seven (7) days from receipt of returned material.

All Hardware products will only be returned if in original package, un-opened and in re-sellable condition. 

DEFECTIVE GOODS:
Most products that leave our facility can be inspected for any visible damage prior to the customer leaving our yard. If damage is concealed, please notify us by phone within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Products that are deemed defective or damaged will be replaced or exchanged.
